I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding support that you have given my family in our new Home. In the past, builders have not really been known for being proactive in the sense of Warranty repairs, but you have represented Tim O'Brien's company well. They should be very proud to have a wonderful employee as yourself. Within the confounds of our signed warranty agreements, you have gone out of your way to facilitate repairs for all sort of items that have been listed on our 6 and 11 month warranty claims. You are easy to talk to and you give me peace when it comes to dealing with issues with our home. I already know that if Tim O'Brien has employees like you, then I know that they stand up for their products. I know in your business it is hard to work with subcontractors and external vendors, but you make it seem easy with your ability to mediate between the home owner and the contractor. I remember that we were not able to shut our garage door because of a power issue, and the moment we called you preparations were being made to have an electrician come and fix this issue. This was important being that it was a security and convenience issue for my family not being able to use our garage door.
I really can't say enough about you and your team. You represent your company well, and if I am in the market to purchase a new home again I will definitely look for the Tim O'Brien brand, because you helped make that alive in my pick for home builders.
